24 Hour Support & Information Line

The 24 hour crisis/support line provides support through information, referrals and education; it is also the pathway into our client services for many children, young people and adults.

A comprehensive assessment of the client's situation and safety requirements is undertaken by a trained staff member who then makes an appropriate referral onto our services. 

What can you expect?

  • That your call will be answered and responded to in a timely manner
  • That you can get information about all of our services
  • That your safety is discussed and that your options are explored

Frequently asked questions

  • I phoned and no-one answered; I had to leave a message.
    Our on-call staff member will always have the phone with them, but occasionally they may be unable to answer if they are on another call. However, we will return your call as soon as possible.
